"Had my homeowner’s policy since 2001 through Steve Campanella, who was great, and never filed a claim. I had a new roof put on in 2021. In 2024 Ragor Insurance said an insurance survey showed I need a new roof or my policy would be cancelled. I supplied a copy of the roofer invoice to Matt and requested another survey, as it is obvious I have a new roof. I never heard back from anyone and was dropped. Incompetent and unprofessional."

Not only did rates increase by ~50% (yes, I've heard not unusual these days). However, after increasing the amount of insurance coverage, the rate quoted is not what my bills reflect nor the documents received, not even on the State Farm app. I inquired with the agent, Jennifer, and also asked for updated documents with "correct" rates, yet am still awaiting after one week. Accurate documentation should never be an issue nor having the bill rate reflect what a customer agreed to in a revised quote. Make sure you review your documentation!"
